We’re in the full swing of summer now. And hurricane season is here to stay until November. To keep yourself informed of tropical storm and hurricane developments in the Caribbean, we suggest liking and following the Facebook page NWS NOAA National Hurricane Center.

This month, we suggest following the instagram page @snoopslimes and watching their slime mixing and making videos when you’re feeling stressed. The slime mixes are artistic, pretty, (often) sparkly, and relaxing to watch.
We also recommend the app Headspace, which is a neat app with short guided meditation exercises if you’re new and want some guidance. It’s a free app but you can pay for additional features.
